As the former Manager of Customer Services at CUC, Gueva brings decades of leadership experience, excelling in people management, budget oversight, and project management.
Her academic background includes a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management with a minor in Economics. Her formal education is complemented by certifications from various leadership programs, equipping her with the skills to make thoughtful, people-centered decisions.
Gueva believes in prioritizing the well-being of her community and fostering trust through honest and transparent leadership. Passionate about family and community, she embodies empathy, understanding, and responsibility, striving to make a positive impact in the Cayman Islands.
