With over 35 years of business experience in the restaurant and hospitality industries, Gary has developed a comprehensive understanding of the local economy and the challenges faced by businesses and families. His entrepreneurial journey has equipped him with the skills to create job opportunities and support the careers of young Caymanians, ensuring that the next generation has the resources they need to thrive.
Gary’s public service includes roles on the Work Permit Board, the Central Tenders Committee, and as a past Director of the Cayman Islands Merchant Association. His experience has prepared him to address key issues such as the cost of living, immigration, and economic development.
A committed advocate for youth and community development, Gary leverages his businesses to support Cayman’s children through sponsorships, sports programs, and scholarships. He was a founding member of the YMCA of the Cayman Islands and actively participates in youth initiatives like Elite FC, Flag Football League and Little League.
