Dawn comes from deep Caymanian roots and humble beginnings. She is the daughter of Carol “Smirnoff” Jackson of George Town and the late Don Smith of Boatswain Bay. Her father figure, Regal Jackson, hailed from Creek Bay in Cayman Brac.
While Dawn spent much of her adult life in Savannah, she has made Red Bay her home, embracing the warmth and sense of community in the area.
Dawn dedicated eight years of her life as a foster parent, opening her home and heart to 12 children, from newborns to teenagers. Deeply compassionate, she is committed to the future and opportunities available to Caymanian children.
As the founder and director of multiple businesses, she specializes in technology, project management, business analysis, and software development. Since 2018, she has focused on growing her own ventures, helping organizations enhance efficiency, integrate technology, and navigate change with innovative solutions.
